Where is StorageQ located?
StorageQ is locate at 1241 American Legion Drive in Festus - at the intesection of Hwy 61 & 67 in Festus, adjoinging Quick C's Phillips 66 gas station, and across from Surdyke Yamaha, Saint Pius X High School, and Mercy Jefferson Hospital. Easy to access, serving Festus, Crystal City, Hillsboro, DeSoto, Bloomsdale, Herculaneum, Pevely, Barnhart, Imperial and all of Jefferson County!
What are your access hours?
7 days a week from 6 AM to 10 PM.
What are your hours?
We are available by phone Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm, and Saturday & Sunday 9am - 4pm, and we are onsite most of these times. Plese call with any questions, to reserve or rent a unit, schedule an appointment, or meet onsite.
Do you offer specials?
Yes. In addition to providing you a FREE disc lock with unit rental, we often have specials. Call us today for our current specials!

What size storage unit do I need?
Help is a phone call away - we have an onsite manager ready to help determine the best size for you, and validate that size by showing you options to enure you get the right unit you want. We also have an online size guide that can help.
Am I required to store long-term?
No. Our lease is month-to-month, so no long term commitment - you can store with us short or long-term.
What type & sizes of units do you provide?
StorageQ offers clean, convenient Climate Control storage units. We have both drive-up access units, and indoor units that are easily accessed via our 6 load bays where you'll find plenty of moving carts. Unit sizes range from 5x5 to 10x30! Perfect when moving, buying or selling your home, life events, decluttering/organizing your home to reclaim space, small business needs, etc.
Why Climate Control?
Many household goods risk being damaged in the extreme heat to extreme cold that can occur in non-climate units. Climate control also makes accessing your unit more comfortable for you when accessing or organizing your goods in hot, cold, or rainy, or other weather. Our rule of thumb is if you're storing goods you typically keep in your house, then climate control is appropriate. Climate control helps manage temperature and humidity - both of which help keep your goods safe & make unit access comfortable for you!

Do you require tenant insurance?
No, we do not require tenant insurance, but we strongly recommend you to have insurance on your goods. StorageQ does NOT insure your goods. We offer SafeStor tenant insurance to you, with $0 deductible & options of $1,000 coverage for $7.95/month, or $5,000 coverage for $10.95/month.
What documentation do I need to rent a unit?
A valid form of government-issued ID such as a driver’s license, passport, or state ID, and either cash, debit or credit card for payment.
What items am I NOT allowed to store?
Moth balls, odorous, anything edible, ignitable, flammable, explosive, hazardous, chemicals, corrosives, oxidizing substances, poisonous or infectious substances, illicit, anything at risk of having pests, and similar items are NOT allowed to be stored. Wet or damp items, and fire, smoke including cigarette smoke damaged or related goods are NOT allowed to be stored.
How do I pay my bill?
You can pay your storage bill online using a debit or credit card, or in person with check, cash or card. We can setup monthly autopay, or you can also login to your account online to update info & pay online.
